If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
If something arrives damaged, please take photographs immediately of the damage and the packaging so we can make a claim with the shipper.
We reserve the right to review your items upon return to asses for replacement or return fees to cover our costs involved in processing, such as shipping, cleaning and repackaging. We are reasonable and we are also a small operation. Some people out there (probably not yourself) do try to take advantage of returns.
Defects in workmanship are fully guaranteed and we will replace your item at no charge.
Damaged items need to be photographed and reported to us so that we can make a claim with the shipper.
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If the item is simply not what you wanted, that's ok too. We will need to cover our return shipping and processing costs.
Allow up to four weeks for refunds to appear in your account from giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
